Dental BondingDental bonding is a procedure that we can use to fill in cracks, chips, and inconsistencies in your teeth to give you a more perfect smile. We can even use dental bonding to fill in gaps between teeth, or to change the shape of a tooth that doesn’t look right. To accomplish all of this we use composite resin, which is the same material that we use for tooth-colored fillings.
The application process involves adding a bit of texture to the teeth that we will be applying the bond to. In order to make these surfaces rougher, we use a mildly acidic solution on the surfaces that will receive the bond. With dental bonding we can:

Dental CrownsWhen a tooth doesn’t have enough of its original structure left due to trauma or decay we can often save it with the help of a crown. Crowns are dental restorations that are specially crafted to look and feel just like the tooth that we are saving. Once the crown has been crafted, we will make sure that the crown can comfortably fit over your tooth before we affix it permanently.
Crowns are used to:
Dental BridgesWhen missing a number of consecutive teeth, a bridge allows us to fill the gap in both form and function. Missing teeth definitely detract from the beauty of your smile, but the drawbacks to missing teeth don’t end there.
When you are missing teeth, you may not be able to eat certain foods, and your bite can change for the worse. A bridge restores your smile and your ability to eat and speak.
Depending on structural requirements, wear, and esthetics will influence material choice. Bridges are used to:
Dental ImplantsWhen it comes to replacing teeth, the best option is almost always a dental implant. Dental implants are able to replace any single tooth in the mouth in both form and function. They can also be used to support larger tooth replacement options like permanent bridges and even full arches of teeth. They are surgically placed into the jaw and are eventually integrated into your bone structure via a process known as osseointegration.
Implants are used to:

Teeth WhiteningTeeth definitely take a beating. It’s true that they are one of the most impressive and long-lasting parts of our body. We shouldn’t be surprised when they start to discolor considering all of the different things we eat and drink. Chances are, at some point your teeth will look a little worse for wear, and you will want to do something about it. Fortunately, teeth whitening is easy and very effective at breathing new life into your smile.
We support two primary methods of teeth whitening; in office and at home trays.
In office teeth whitening offers our patients the quickest, and most dramatic results when it comes to whitening their teeth. If you are on the go or don’t feel like waiting for results, in-office whitening is the method you should choose. The procedure only takes about an hour to complete. We will apply a protective gel to your gums and soft tissues and a whitening gel to your teeth. Once all the gel application is finished, we can use a whitening activation light that works in tandem with the whitening gel to safely whiten your teeth as many shades as you like.
At home treatment options can take some time (treatment usually spans for several weeks) and provide a more gradual change to the shade of your teeth. The first step in this process is done in our office, where we make a tray fitted specifically to your teeth. The tray takes a few days to create once we take a mold of your mouth and once you pick it up from our office you can begin whitening your teeth at home. To whiten your teeth, you will fill the tray with the gel and wear it for up to an hour per application, one to two times per day.
All forms of teeth whitening can leave teeth sensitive to heat and cold for several weeks. This sensation will subside eventually.
